Terms of Service

Skinex ("we", "us") is an AI tool that helps Counter-Strike 2 players design themed inventory loadouts by combining publicly available skin metadata with generative visual tools. Skinex is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Valve Corporation. All game titles, marks, and skin names belong to their respective owners.

By creating an account or using Skinex, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service. If you use Skinex on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to enter a binding contract where you live, to use Skinex. If you are under 18, use Skinex only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

• Keep your login credentials secure — you're responsible for activity on your account.
• Provide accurate information when you sign up and when you connect Discord.
• Don't share, sell, or transfer your account to anyone else.
• Contact us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Skinex generates suggested inventory loadouts, previews, and price estimates. Prices come from public third-party sources such as CSFloat and CSMoney and can be out of date, wrong, or missing. Skinex does not sell, trade, deposit, withdraw, or hold any in-game items. Nothing in Skinex is investment or trading advice.

You agree not to:

• Use Skinex to break the law, infringe rights, or harass others.
• Scrape, resell, or redistribute Skinex output at scale without written permission.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the service.
• Upload malicious content or attempt to bypass rate limits, paywalls, or usage caps.
• Use Skinex to imitate Valve, Steam, or any marketplace in a way that could mislead users.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.

Skinex uses AI models to compose loadouts and visuals. AI output can be inaccurate, repetitive, or unexpected. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before sharing it or acting on it. We don't guarantee that any generated loadout is unique, available in the market, or reflective of current in-game skin conditions.

If you link your Discord account, Skinex will add you to the Skinex Discord server and may assign you a member role. You can unlink at any time from Settings. When you unlink, Skinex stops using your Discord token; Discord itself controls what data remains inside Discord.

Some Skinex features require a paid plan. Prices, limits, and features are shown on the pricing page. Paid plans renew until cancelled. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change prices with reasonable notice; changes apply to the next billing cycle.

You keep ownership of anything you create with Skinex ("Your Content"). You grant Skinex a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and process Your Content to operate and improve the service. If you publish a loadout to the community feed, you also grant other Skinex users the right to view and share it inside Skinex.

The Skinex name, logo, site, code, and non-user content are owned by Skinex or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use Skinex for its intended purpose. All other rights are reserved.

Skinex relies on third-party services (for example authentication, hosting, AI providers, Discord, and price sources). Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and their availability is outside our control. If a third-party service changes or goes away, Skinex features that depend on it may change or go away too.

Skinex is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy of prices, availability, or AI output. Use of Skinex is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skinex and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to Skinex is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 50.

You can stop using Skinex at any time and delete your account from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

We may update these Terms as Skinex evolves. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, give reasonable notice inside the app. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
